Examining Life Satisfaction and Communication Skills of University Students as the Predictors of their Motivation

This study examines the predictive roles of university students’ life satisfaction and communication skills on their motivation. The participants this include 603 undergraduate students. Of participants, 435 are female, 168 male, mean age is 20.2 years. Students’ GPA averages range from 1.87 to 3.91 a 4.0 scale. data were collected through three collection instruments. A multiple regression analysis was employed find out relationships between all variables, examining independent variables dependent variable. findings show that there positive meaningful relationship satisfaction, skills, motivation highest correlation found respect, which dimension skills. also indicate participants’ explain variances predictor among dimensions as it explains by 16.6%.
